      The Hellenic Veterinary Medical Society is a founding member of the emergent World Sheep Veterinary Society, the Constitutive General Assembly of which took place in Stavanger, Norway on Saturday, 13 July 2009.


      Representative of the HVMS in the World Sheep Veterinary Society has been assinged Mr George Ch. Fthenakis, Professor of Veterinary School of University of Thessaly.
