This study is the first description of the presence of Porcine Dermatitis and Nephropathy Syndrome (PDNS) in Greece, in a pig farm, which it was serologically positive to the Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) and Porcine Circovirus type 2 (PCV2). Ten pigs, which died after the appearance of skin lesions and weight loss, were necropsised and tissues samples were collected for further histopathological examination. Gross and histopathological lesions from the skin and the kidneys were similar to those previously described for PDNS in the international literature. It was also important the observation that those pigs did not respond to the treatment with a wide spectrum antimicrobial agents. Diagnosis of the presence of PDNS was based on the characteristic clinical signs, the gross and histopathological lesions found. The lesions were associated with PCV2 infection with the use of immunohistochemistry and in situ-hybridisation methods
